Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 10xhomeopathy.in ("Website", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Mulla Nihal, a BHMS-qualified homeopathic practitioner registered with State Homeopathy Council Karnataka, Registration No. A15291, providing virtual homeopathic consultation services from Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

By accessing the Website, booking a consultation, or making a payment, you ("you", "user", "patient") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Nature of Services

1.1 We provide virtual (telemedicine) homeopathic consultations conducted via video/audio call or written case-taking, in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines applicable to Registered Homeopathic Practitioners issued by the Central Council of Homoeopathy/National Commission for Homoeopathy under the Ministry of AYUSH.

1.2 We do not operate a physical clinic. All consultations are delivered remotely.

1.3 Homeopathy is a system of complementary and alternative medicine. Nothing on this Website, in any consultation, or in any content we publish (including on our Instagram account) is a guarantee of cure, and is not a substitute for emergency medical care or treatment by a Registered Medical Practitioner where such care is indicated. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.

1.4 No content on this Website, including testimonials, is intended or should be understood to claim the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition in a manner inconsistent with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. Testimonials reflect individual, subjective experiences and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for any other person.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation for yourself. Consultations for a minor must be booked and attended by a parent or legal guardian, who consents on the minor's behalf.

2.2 By booking, you confirm that the information you provide (identity, age, medical history) is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Telemedicine Consent

3.1 By initiating or booking a consultation, you provide your consent to receive medical advice via telemedicine, consistent with applicable AYUSH telemedicine guidelines. This consent may be implied (by you initiating contact) or explicit (recorded at the time of booking).

3.2 You understand that a remote consultation has inherent limitations compared to an in-person physical examination, and you agree to disclose complete and accurate information to help offset this limitation.

3.3 We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or refer you to in-person/emergency care at our professional discretion if we believe your condition is not appropriately managed through teleconsultation alone.

4. Booking and Consultation Process

4.1 Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through the Website.

4.2 You are responsible for joining the consultation at the scheduled time with a stable internet connection. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the consequences of late arrival, no-shows, and rescheduling.

4.3 Any advice, remedy, or protocol given is based solely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

5. Medicines (if applicable)

5.1 Where medicines are dispensed or dispatched to you, they are supplied for your personal use only, based on your individual case, and must not be shared, resold, or used by any other person.

5.2 Store medicines as instructed (away from heat, direct sunlight, and strong odours) to preserve their potency.

5.3 Discontinue use and contact us immediately if you experience any unexpected reaction, and seek emergency medical care if the reaction is severe.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or full payment details on our own servers.

6.2 Fees are subject to change; the fee applicable is the one displayed at the time of booking.

6.3 GST or other applicable taxes, if any, will be indicated separately at checkout.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — text, graphics, logos, the "10X Homeopathy" name and branding, and consultation materials — is our property or used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our services, including outcomes of treatment, which vary by individual.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from a consultation is limited to the fee paid for that specific consultation.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.
